About the Event

Website

Have you ever listened to a sermon and thought, “I could do that!”?

Or maybe you’re curious about what goes into preparing and delivering a biblical message—but you don’t feel called to full-time vocational ministry.

If that sounds like you, join Pastor Dave for a 7-week Preaching Cohort designed to help you explore and develop your gifts in preaching and teaching. This cohort is a fun, low-pressure environment where you’ll:

  • Learn practical steps for studying Scripture and crafting a faithful message
  • Practice delivering a short message in a supportive setting
  • Receive encouraging feedback from Pastor Dave and your peers
  • Enjoy lunch together each week (because food makes everything better!)

Men and women are both encouraged to attend.  No prior experience required—just a desire to grow in communicating God’s Word effectively. Whether God is stirring something new in you or you simply want to deepen your understanding of preaching, this cohort is for you.

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
