Passage: Genesis 11:1-9
This week we are going to be looking at Genesis 11 together as a community. From a literary sense, Genesis 11 concludes what can be considered the Introduction or Prologue of Genesis. These first 11 chapters of Genesis lay the ground work for God's redemptive work in humanity and throughout creation, culminating in the person of Jesus.

Genesis is a book of new beginnings, do-overs, and a reminder of God’s goodness and faithfulness throughout the ages and to all people. As we dive into Genesis, we will lean into the beautiful truth that Jesus was there in the beginning and that he is still with us today, teaching, calling, and drawing us close to him.
